During your first appointment, we’ll review your completed new patient forms and confirm your insurance benefits, if applicable. You’ll meet with one of our doctors to discuss your oral health goals. The comprehensive exam includes an evaluation of your teeth and gums, jaw joint function, bite alignment, and the condition of any existing dental work. We’ll take digital X-rays using low-radiation equipment, and may use an intraoral camera for a detailed screening. Please bring your completed forms and insurance card to help speed up check-in.

Payment & Insurance

We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, and Visa. Our team will file your dental insurance claims, work with your provider to maximize reimbursement, and—if allowed—accept assignment of benefits. This means your insurance company pays us directly, and you’ll only need to cover your deductible and any uncovered portion at the time of your visit.
